GYOLeads LLC is a lead generation and broker network company headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. GYOLeads.com is our broker recruitment platform — we use it to identify, vet, and onboard licensed independent insurance professionals to receive qualified consumer referrals generated through our sister properties.
We are not an insurance company, insurance carrier, or insurance marketplace. We do not sell, underwrite, bind, or advise on insurance coverage. GYOLeads.com exists solely to build and manage a network of qualified independent brokers and agents.

02 Information We Collect
2.1 — Information You Submit
When you submit a broker application through GYOLeads.com, we collect the professional and business information you provide, which may include:
- Full name and business name
- Business email address and phone number
- National Producer Number (NPN)
- Resident state and states of licensure
- Lines of business written
- Years of experience and sales volume
- Primary carriers you represent
- Business website URL
- Practice type (sole practitioner or agency)
- Client service approach and additional information you choose to provide
- How you heard about GYOLeads
2.2 — Information Collected Automatically
When you visit GYOLeads.com, we and our service providers may automatically collect standard web analytics data, including IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URL, and time on site. This is used solely for site operation and improvement purposes.
2.3 — Information From Third Parties
We may verify information you provide — such as license status and NPN — through publicly available state insurance department databases and NIPR (National Insurance Producer Registry) records. We may also receive referrals or information about prospective network members from existing network partners.
03 How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit through GYOLeads.com exclusively for purposes related to evaluating, onboarding, and managing your participation in our broker network:
- To review and evaluate your broker application
- To verify your licensure, NPN, and professional credentials
- To contact you regarding your application status, qualification conversation, or network participation
- To match you with qualified consumer referrals generated through our sister properties, if accepted
- To communicate lead pricing, volume, geography, and program terms
- To maintain records of active and former network members
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations
- To detect fraud or misrepresentation in applications
We do not use your information to market third-party products to you, sell your contact information to advertisers, or make automated approval decisions without human review.
04 How We Share Your Information
4.1 — Within Our Network
If you are accepted into the GYOLeads broker network, basic professional information (name, agency name, states licensed, and lines of business) may be shared internally within GYOLeads LLC and its affiliated entities — including EJ Enterprises LLC — for purposes of lead routing, network management, and operational coordination.
4.2 — With Service Providers
We share information with vendors who help us operate GYOLeads.com and our business, including:
- CRM and form processing providers (e.g., HubSpot)
- Web hosting and infrastructure providers (e.g., Cloudflare)
- Email and communication platforms
- Analytics providers
These vendors are contractually required to use your information only as directed by us and to maintain appropriate security standards.
4.3 — Verification Services
We may submit your NPN or license information to NIPR, state insurance department portals, or similar credential verification services to confirm your licensure status. This is a standard due diligence step in our onboarding process.
4.4 — Other Disclosures
We may also disclose your information to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory inquiry; to protect the rights, property, or safety of GYOLeads LLC or others; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business. We will not sell your professional contact information to unaffiliated third-party lead vendors or data brokers.
05 Business Contact & TCPA
By submitting an application through GYOLeads.com, you acknowledge that you are doing so in your professional capacity as a licensed insurance agent or broker, and you consent to being contacted by GYOLeads LLC regarding your application and potential network participation.
Contact may occur by:
- Email to the address you provide
- Phone call to the business number you provide
- Text/SMS message to the number you provide, where you have indicated consent
We recognize that as a licensed insurance professional you may also be subject to your own regulatory and compliance obligations. We will not contact you in a manner that would interfere with your ability to meet those obligations.
06 Cookies & Tracking Technologies
GYOLeads.com uses standard web analytics tools (including cookies and similar technologies) to understand how visitors interact with the site. This data is aggregated and used solely for site performance and improvement. We do not use behavioral advertising cookies on this platform.
You may control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain site functionality but will not prevent you from submitting an application.
07 Data Retention
We retain broker application data for as long as necessary to evaluate your application, maintain your network membership, and comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements — typically no longer than five (5) years following the end of any active network relationship.
Applications that are declined are retained for up to twenty-four (24) months for fraud prevention and reference purposes, then deleted or de-identified.
You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at privacy@gyoleads.com, subject to any retention obligations required by law.
08 Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect broker application data. These include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls limiting who within GYOLeads LLC can view application records, and contractual security requirements for all vendors who process application data.
In the event of a security incident that materially affects your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
09 Your Rights
Regardless of your state of residence, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the professional information we hold about you
- Correction — request that inaccurate information be corrected
- Deletion — request deletion of your information, subject to any legal retention obligations
- Opt-out of contact — withdraw consent to be contacted at any time

10 Third-Party Links
